Can I use Property4me.com if I am already with an estate agent?
Yes. Even though your house is listed with an estate agent, you still need to advertise it as much as possible. The quicker your property is sold, the happier you and your agent will be. Property4me.com does not act as an agent (Interested parties contact you directly -or your agent if you chose), therefore using Property4me.com does not affect your relationship with your estate agent.

    Hint for printing property details
The layout of the properties on the For Sale and For Rent has been designed to print out on standard A4 paper. If the edges are missing then try adjusting the margins for your printed page...in Internet Explorer click FILE then PAGE SETUP. Make sure that A4 is selected with portrait orientation. Reduce the values for the left and right margins, try a value of 5 for each. Check how the printout will look by clicking PRINT PREVIEW. You may also need to reduce the size of your top and bottom margins to get a good layout. With the correct settings 8 properties will normally fit on an A4 page.

I am interested in a property shown here, what do I do next?
In the full details for the property will be the contact information. For properties displaying an agents logo, the agent will normally be the contact. For other properties you will find a telephone number and/or e-mail address given. For a
speedy response, use the contact information given - please do NOT contact Property4me.com to arrange a viewing.

How do I add my property to the website?
There are three basic options, as follows:
a) If you already have your property listed with an agent - ask your agent to submit your property to the website. This is suitable if you are happy with all the details of your agent's brochure. You will get increased exposure for your property, with the minimum of effort.
b) If you already have your property listed with an agent, but you wish to add extra information or highlight particular details that you feel are important - Click "Add My Property" to submit your details. Ideally you will send a main photo; extra photos eg internal views, gardens, special features etc; and a room by room description. You could submit a scan of your agents brochure (or ask them for an electronic copy) and then submit the extra photos, descriptions or amendments etc.
c) If your property is not listed with an agent - then you have the most to gain from a listing with
Property4me.com. Prepare a short description to appear on the preview page and then a comprehensive description to appear on the full details page. Include a general photo and any additional images required. As a guide, follow the format of the existing properties. If you have any questions...just ask. We are here to help. Also see the question below.

How do I submit a photo of my property?
If you do not have a digital camera, then why not borrow one from a friend or family? Alternatively you could scan an image from a conventional photograph or take the negatives to a photo shop to be converted. JPEG format is recommended for photos, but GIF can be accepted. We will crop the photo to create a thumbnail image and we will also compress the images as appropriate to manage file size. Please avoid sending high resolution images if possible as these quickly fill up mailboxes.
