terms apply to all individual properties submitted to the Property4me.com
™website. Seperate terms apply to bulk listings by agents
or commercial landlords etc.
These terms are presented in plain English rather than legal jargon.
By submitting your property you agree to abide by the spirit of
these terms.
Ordinarily
you will submit details of your property, which must be truthful
and accurate. We will add details of your property to the website
and take all reasonable care to be accurate. If you discover an
error let us know and we will correct it.
The remaining terms are to ensure smooth operation of the system
and to avoid it being abused.
Privacy: your
personal details will be kept private. You must provide contact
information to be published with your property, but you may choose
not to show your e-mail address or other details. If so, we will
not pass these on to anyone else.
If you request,
we may provide you with a proxy e-mail address eg 699ashgate @ property4me.
com. Any message sent to this address will be forwarded to your
contact e-mail address. This proxy address is only to be used for
interested parties to make initial contact with you. You must not
use it for any other purpose or as a general e-mail address. Note
that any messages sent to this address will be visible to property4me.com
staff. We will not be liable for any delay or failure to forward
any message and we may withdraw the facility at any time, for any
reason, without notice. If you don't wish your normal e-mail address
to be published, as an alternative to a proxy address, we recommend
obtaining a new temporary address such as 699ashgateroad @ hotmail.com
or yahoo.com etc
We reserve the
right to decline to add any property to the website for any reason,
and to remove any property at any time without notice. Normally,
after a property has been listed for 3 months we will contact you
to confirm that you wish it to remain listed. If you do not reply
within 17 days it may be removed. You must provide us with a valid
e-mail address for contact purposes.
For your own benefit, please update your details to show any changes
in price, sale subject to contract and final completion etc.

accept no liability for any damages or losses due any failure to
publish any property details or for any errors or omissions in any
details that are published. You must make sure that you have permission
to provide any details (including images) submitted for inclusion.
Property4me.com
do not act as agents for any properties published on this website.
Any potential purchaser/lettee should satisfy themselves that the
